Re: What songs are you currently learning?
This last month i learned the intro part of fur elise (pretty much what is covered by andrew on the vid) and minuet in G from the a.m. notebook. I am starting now to learned the prelude (ya know the one that is usually played on the cello), its very easy tecnically but so many variations during the music are confusing me -_-;

Hey everyone!
I'm learning Fur Elise right now. That tutorial you posted Andrew is the best i've ever seen, thanks a lot it has given me the confidence to be able to play the piano, I practice every night.
I hope to learn moonlight sonata next because it's always been a favorite of mine. Although, from what i've been reading it seems like that song could take a long time to learn and perfect.

Hi If you stick around and see some f Andrews beginner bideos I am sure you can learn how to read notes. Its actually not that hard if you put your mind to it You just need to use it for a while, and suddanly you will be great at it Then the moonlight sonata is pretty easy to learn To play it at a top level is harder though hehe

Re: What songs are you currently learning?
I started by learning Fur Elise form Andrew's video. If I manage to master the first part I will try to learn the whole song.
What I really want to learn, though, is "The Tempest" sonata. But I will save it until I become totally awesomely fantastically good

Yeah It shouldnt take to long to learn the Theme for fur elise My cousin is 13 and I thought him the Theme in two sessions à 1 hour and he practiced some on it on his keyboard and some here at my piano, in all 2-3 hours and he is getting great at it already. Its the second piece I have thought to hi, and he got maybe - 20-30 hours with a piano/keyboard before he started learning the Theme So I think you should do alright if you start slow enough
Re: What songs are you currently learning?
Ya I am not rushing things, actually I am planning to learn one thing at a time, and go really slowly until I master it. It's not like I have a deadline or anything, and I have all the time in the world ahead of me

Thats what I mean, if you have that mentality everything will go alot smoother, and faster hehe even though thats note the mainfocus. Slowness brings happieness, haha
