Dubbelpost I know - But......Admin Andrew wrote:VictorCS wrote:Why do we waste 7-8 hours at nothing? Who invented sleep?
well I only think sleep would be a waste if we had "instant regeneration" pills
Sleep is great for Manymany things. And one of them is structuring things we experience troughout the day. To mention a personal pianoralated example: When I practice right before I go to bed, I allways make sure that the very last thing I do is the best "performance". (Maby a bit supersticious) but when I sleep all the data is prossessed and organised.
And the facts are, that when I wake up, it has improved ALOT

Aww, thanks Thomas!
It really means a lot to me! I'm really happy how the forum has grown. I'm also greatful for the core people here who keep the forum going like you ^_^ I'm happy that the forum can keep you inspired to keep learning piano. I think that's completely awesome!
Thanks for the lovely things you said, it made my day (and I just woke up to! )

Playing the piano is one. Computer Games and watching DVD.
Re: (Poll) What's your favorite way to relax
A combination of playing piano and listening to music- listening to piano music
Re: (Poll) What's your favorite way to relax
My favorite way to relax is taking a SAUNA and after that listening to my favourite music... That makes me happy again

I've got too much to do in real life. I need to finish my school works and of course busy reading everything. I'm also having hard time with my piano lately.

Re: (Poll) What's your favorite way to relax
I voted for the second option. I mostly try to eat low fat chips. haha But in Holland we also have these coated nuts called "Tiger nuts". They're so tasty!
