Re: yamaha S900
Has only 61 keys, right?, is rather expensive (what are you going to pay).
If you require a full fledged "digital" piano: try finding a dealer that has Kawai MP 9000 / Kawai MP 9500 / Kawai MP 8 (not MP 5) - the 9000/9500 probably will be used as they are out of production, replaced by the MP 8.
If you have room for a real one, why not get one, an upright does it too!, used from a dealer with good reputation probably okay...

Re: yamaha S900
What's a unit (sorry I am German, my English is medicore .
Well buying a Kawai MP5/MP8-II new would cost a tad more... If you are really 68, get some relative and go on a shopping tour and test the digital pianos... I am a student and low on money so I need to buy used :/. Good luck.
p.s.: you can find the audio demos and "specs" of the pianos I mentioned here, but you can't see or hear how the piano action feels:
http://www.kawaius.com/main_links/digital/PRO/mp5.html

The Kawai MP 9000 was replaced by the Kawai MP 9500 which was again replaced by the Kawai MP 8 which was replaced by the current Kawai MP 8 II. The MP5 is a smaller version of the MP 8

Re: yamaha S900
Ah we call that "row house" (Reihenhaus) cause the /units/ look almost exactly the same and are usually within a row.
I really hope you find some way to get a good instrument, don't forget: play before you buy (if you spend that much money)!
