Height question? Empty Height question?

I don't have a piano, I do have a keyboard on a stand and an adjustable computer chair, what I don't know is how high or low am I suppose to sit compared to the keyboard?

Hoping I didn't miss it some how, I write everything down that he teaches. I'm on lesson 12, I'll go back and double check just in case. Just so you don't think I'm an idiot, I had a massive stroke and have memory problems, so it is possible that I did, I will double check, Thank you. Very Happy

u know that I play and im standing..im sure this is wrong but I get used to it cos I dont know the perfect way to sit.. Very Happy Cool
