Actually there is an ongoing debate over the effect... and of course there are many mp3 and other versions circulating all over the net. Who know how effective are those...

When I have school I have too go to bed early I can't do anything in the moring I can barly eat
but on the day's I don't I go to bed at 11:00-1:30 depends on the night

and get up at 10:00-!2:00

yea that happens to me to, even if its a book i've read already, i'll still be up all hrs in the morning reading it. i think i get about the same hrs of sleep as u do. during the week that is. weekends i'm a lazy bum

Yikes It depends on me. I usually sleep very late on fridays but wake up late too like 5am-2pm. Anyways I also forget the time cause of video games since I can't play piano that loud with parents sleeping Razz

yea cames can become very addictive. but see thats what i love about keyboards is that u can use headphones with it so u can play all night long without disturbing anyone Smile

I try to sleep at least 8 hours but I usually sleep 7-9 hours. I feel like I need some sleep now actually although I've woke up 3 hours ago.
