Lack of sleep problems
About a month ago I started going to bed around 10:00 and getting up at 7:00 for school but we just moved so we took a break from school and I got back to going to be too late. now for about 3-4 days I've started doing it again and noticed that when ever I sit, I feel drowsy and tired. My hands are weak and I just loose a whole bunch of technical ability. I hate it I also feel a bit irritable all day. Is it probably cause of changing my sleep time or do I not get enough sleep? has anyone else had any experience with problems like this?
I hate this because I can't practice good too tired. Last night I went to bed at 11:00 and got up at 7:00.

Re: Lack of sleep problems
haha aendym!
Kentaku, I don't think it's from lack of sleep. I rarely get 8 hours of sleep. (but of course am drowsy, tired, and irritable all day
)
It's probably from getting back into the school routine. School can be pretty mentally (and physically) draining.
And if one tries hard enough, there are all sorts of other things that can be blamed on school...
