Let's measure our acoustic's and DP's octave length please
i've been looking around for a fair acoustic or DP to upgrade from my touch sensitive keyboard that i'm using at the moment, but as I was shopping around I noticed some keys felt further apart and some felt about the same size as my keyboard. I tried numerous acoustics and maybe 5 different DP's. Most of them were Yamaha's. Ideally i'd like my upgrade to be narrow for I don't have super long fingers/big hands.
hopefully you wouldn't mind taking a measurement of your keyboard? I measured mine just from a C to a C.
I took a pic as a reference. Mine's about 6 5/8" or 16.1 cm

Well, it's better to go after the measurements of acoustic pianos eventhough you might have super long fingers/big hands. It's better to get used to the standards than trying to play with smaller keys.
