Chromatic music style project UPDATE

Ok so after alot of improv and expirementing I've found that this is harder than i thought but good news is that I've found an idea. Basically I'm aiming to invent a totally new system of harmony still using the same tuning. First off I had this idea: In normal music there are scales with certain key signitures with certain notes which makes it sound minor or major ect... all chord changes are made from chords that only exist in that key unless a natural note or something is added. But may'be there could be a new system which focuses on modes. not the original dorian and such but different scales which are not the ground rulles for that key these become chord or mode changes. In other words instead of a chord change the entire scale changes several times in a song normally. not sure how this could be used to make other keys and such but it's some good ground breaking for now.
