Casyopea wrote:Yes, it actually WAS working fairly well... I should be looking for a new teacher I guess, as soon as the summer is over.
But of course what they call natural talent is a decisive factor, and you undoubtedly have it! - no buttering up, really, I admire your dedication
Hm, you need a new one? Lost the old? To bad its not working anymore then...
Whay, thanks Casy Hehe, lets hope you are right, very nice of you to think so at least
Re: Thomas's Performances - NEW Liszt Moments Musicaux D.01 - Page 39
Okay. I decided to learn Zeldas Lullaby after I saw Casy performe it awesomely!
The thing I used most time to do was to make the video couse I decided to aim big this time.
And with a messed up movie maker that cuts me of every 5 clip I add, that is HARD I tell you!!
But now, 5 hours after I recorded, the vid is ready So I hope you enjoy.
Btw: There is a whole pianowatching-hand segment couse of all the people on youtube saying that they like the animation, but that they rather see my hands the whole time, AND then the animationseries that took time, for all those who say they just love the animation Ooooh, yeah; Im a peoplepleaser haha
Zeldas Lullaby - Koji Kondo▲
PS: I noticed that the soundquality has reduced some whil prossesing onto Youtube.. Damn.. It is Totally clear on My Pc!

NEW PIECE
This is a calm piece aswell. As many of my late ones are. The next one will have a little more action to it. Hopefully, hehe
Its a Zelda piece. I think I am the only one on Youtube that plays it on piano. Might be others, but I couldnt find any.
I have changed the original comp a bit in the second "verse" and added my own ending since most zeldapieces are written to wander in circles
Added animations from the fishinghole from Zelda Twilight Princess and added water & rainsound to the animations to create an more gamelike effect.
Enjoy

Cool Man! Nice Job!
If you ever plan another Zelda Medley, what about Hyrule castle from smash melee? It should be a great song!

Hm, maby. Ill check it out I have steared away from the faster pieces. But that is a song Ill do in one way or another. Its a "remix" of one of my top 3 Zeldapieces. So yeah, that would be a great project. Im almost done with The Twilight Princess Kakariko Village Theme. Thats great aswell.
If you got the sheets for the Brawl-Zelda Theme Ill take a look at it
Im also planning a Medley sometime, but I need to know more songs first

Nope, I was thinking about this one:
But I might do it in the original form and not the remix, when Im doing it. It hard.

Yeah, Ocarina of time is still considered the nr1 game ever made!!! Still today!
And in my book it is better than any game I hae ever played. But Since A link to the past was really the first
zelda I ever played it got even more good memories. But Oot also got lots of great memories. There are rumors
that they might create a 3D version of the Alttp That would be awesome!

I said it there (on YouTube) but I have to say it here

Thanks Thomas again for putting so much effort in your video. How about filming a video editing tutorial? That would be fun, and you've got skills on that too!

Hehe, thanks for the cheerefull comment Elena
I use to much time editing, especially since my Movemaker got so many errors.
But a tutorial, hm... I dont really know how to. You cant go wrong with movimaker on that. Couse just use one vid, image in the vid/image-bar and the recording of my playing in the audio-bar. And sync it at the beginning And I cut and paste the animations ect. It wouldnt take sooo long if I only could trust my Moviemaker
I dont think Im gona do that tutorial, but If you got moviemaker, you can talk to me at the same time as you make a vid, and Ill help you Elena I dont know much about other programs than that one

Re: Thomas's Performances - NEW Liszt Moments Musicaux D.01 - Page 39
New Improv This is my second one. It is mainly in D Major. But, I decided to jump ofkey to get different effects. I also love the effect when I play seconds, or when the seconds is octaves apart
Its heavy the first 2 min and ligheter the last 4
Enjoy
Improv #2 - Anger is Passion
Keep in mind that Improv is NOT somthing I practice

I wont rate it or something, since it's an improvise... But I can say if I like it or not...
Great improv, sounded like anger in chaos, before it relaxes out at the end

Thanks I am satiesfied actually since I dont practice improv, and I just got the urge. Lucky I had the cam right by my side.
Hopefully Ill be able to create better melodyparts in the future. Im no good at creating harmony to my melody yet, so I try to repet and work around parts when I nail it
