problems practicing with left hand
I'm brand new to piano and just got my keyboard 2 days ago! I'm really excited and have been following the lessons on Youtube but I'm having problems with finger positions for the left hand!!
I've learned the scales well and the broken chords on my right hand but when I'm practicing the left, my hand looks absolutely ridiculous /horrible and my fingers don't seem to know which goes where and when to tuck... It feels more natural and not so forced with my right hand.
Are there any beginning books I can buy to help with my left hand positioning or videos for this?

Re: problems practicing with left hand
When I got my keyboard the left hand was also a little behind the right. But this helps: every time you do an exercise, do it with both hands! It is a little hard in the first days, but I think it quickly get better if just you keep practice.
It is like in football. People do not want to shoot with their "bad" leg, but if they never practice it, they will keep being bad.
I hope you could use it. And welcome to the forum

Re: problems practicing with left hand
Since I've started on piano (that was a few weeks ago) I've also noticed this left-hand problem. What I do to train it is to try and do other things with the left hand - all those that I've been doing with my right hand during my life - manipulating the mouse, using the lighter, drinking coffee, pressing buttons, eating, anything you can think of. I've noticed that I physically feel my left hand more now.
