I really like the big run up and down the piano, sounded really powerful ( added in the piano collections edition ). I'm not sure if this was intended, but in the very beginning when you play the first blocks of music, you lay the preassure on the first key(s), making it sound longer, before you play the rest.
For me that sounded pretty akward, else it was a good rendition, cant complain ^_^
I agree 100%

New Composition! "Dolphins"
This was a composition I wrote in May, let me know what you guys think? I figured before I attempt to write complicated songs, I should learn to do simple well first.
You can download the sheet music and learn the piece and upload it on youtube if you like as well! here's the music to download.

That is a really pleasant piece.
I really loved that you posted the sheet music for it.
I just have a question. The sound was kind of extremely soft when I was listening to it even though my volume settings were on the top. Is the video originally this kind of silent or maybe there is something going on with my Youtube?

At first I thought, "This is the next piece I'm gonna learn." Then I printed out the sheet music, and listened to it again.
Great pianists make the complex sound so simple.
But I will try it as my next piece. I've been playing the classic stuff, and I would love to have a more contemporary piece in the mix, and this is just a great piece. If I can manage it I'll even begin a u tube account, just for this.
Wonderful piece, Andrew. Keep 'em coming!

ok. I tried. I gave it up about a week ago.
Now Andrew's got this contest. Time to dust off the sheets and give it another go, I guess!

Re: Andrew's Performances (go to the last page to find the newest videos)
Your oldest performance (the one you fell off the stool) is surprisingly awesome I should say and humorous, which in my conception is very necessary once in a while. (:
When you started off your improvisation video playing those two notes I most definitely laughed so hard my stomach started to hurt, but once you really started playing my jaw fell to the floor. Impressive. =D
That composition you wrote (Dolphins) is amazing every time I watch it, I absolutely love it.
