Help! I can't play a song wihtout looking
Okay no matter what song it is, I can't play it without looking at my left hand. Well actually it's what ever moves the most usually the bass in the songs I'm learning. but I've seen people play something cool with there eyes closed and you can feel the music but if I close my eyes I normally mess up.

Playing with your eyes closed usually takes a lot of practice and experience. If you have played since you where little its a lot easyer, but if you start when you are grown you need to work a little harder for that skill. So to be able to play with your eyes closed you have to practice it.

Actually I have read somewhere that to keep something in your muscle memory(something complicated such as playing a whole song on a piano) you have to do it 10-20 mins everyday.. If you stop doing it you will gradually forget it

Practise is the answer I know that sounds vague, but it's true. The best help I can give is to try "feeling the distance" and try to remember with your muscles how far the distances are.
