yes, that's a 10th in the LH, 10th's are usually rolled unless you're a monster - - - > Rachmaninoff {he could reach from C to A a full major 13th}
I've always wondered myself what it would be like to be able to reach that many notes.

Like in this chord, I though about something that might be okay?! And that is to move the lowest C to the C in the middle.
The difference wouldnt be that huge as long as you keep the top E right? That might be a alternative solution

I agree, that's another possible solution. Especially if the piece is moving quickly and rolling would be out of place, But if it's at the end of a phrase near a cadence section, rolling would be a great way to go.
