Help with minor scales!

I'm using chord house to learn the scales on the piano, and minors seem to be pretty fun! ^__^
But I'm unsure which one to learn, I mean which one is most basic and essential.

Is it

Harmonic minor, or melodic minor, or pentatonic minor scale?
I'm really confused at this.

Also should I learn the blues scales too? They seem to be very useful ^^

You can learn those you want to basically. Unless you are going for the full specter... witch im going for someday.. But yeah, I think you should learn all the natural minor scales, cause basically the harmonics and melodics of those scales are just minor alterations, and then you sort of know all those aswell.

And if you think the blues-scale is fun, then learn it

I have only practiced major scales. But if Im playing a piece in a minor scales, I try to play it, and often the fingering is so alike that can play it as I want right away So what Im saying is that Learn what you want to learn, but maybe focus on those whit different fingerings, or seam tricky cause the youll expand your reportoar

Is it also true that by learning all the major and minor scales, playing new songs kind of feels more natural and not such a new feeling (as in touch).

I'll keep practicing those minor scales, they sound like Egyptian music

I feel so at least. If there are scale-like parts in songs you can pick it up almost right away. And you know your way around the song a lot easyer. Its almost like your have been in that room before, but the furniture is rearranged Hehe, now I got almost proud of that metafore Like in this piece I learned some time ago, I picked up the left hand right away cause they where normal I V I - chords... Like in C-Maj - C G C and it felt so natural.

About the touch, Im not sure what you mean. Dynamic-vise? If so, then I dont notice it in what I have experienced, I feel the touch is something you have to practice, and if you do that in the songs you are learning or in scales thats up to you. But then you have to combine the dynamic-practice and scale practice. I havent done that so much, I have focus more on acusarity in tempo and speed while practicing scales.

Want an egyption-like scales I found myselfe. Not sure its correct, but its sounds egyptian.

Well what I meant by "touch" as in not the feeling of the music. but like as in what it physically feels like, as if it's natural or not.
