I think you should make a lesson about modes. We all know what scales are by now, a scale is a set of notes with certain intervals, and how and what they are define their names.
But when it comes to modes I'm completely lost. Can every scale have a mode? Is it possible to change modes while playing? What mode is used to what music...?
What good is modes, and why should we know them? Is these modes just 7 scales hidden within a scale?

I thought the circle of fifth was confusing untill I discovered modes... lol!
