Hand injury :(
I seem to have gotten a hold of a hand injury... I do not think it's piano-related, more work related. It's between the thumb and index-finger on my left hand.. It hurt and is a bit swollen..
Anyways, I just wonder if anyone has any tips on how to make this pass as quicjly as possible ?
Thanks
Kjetil

Re: Hand injury :(
Keep the injuried area away from extensive work for a week
Then it should be a 100%
The body repairs muscle damages in 1-2 weeks, if you rest the injuried area.
