Kjetil from Norway !
Hello !
My name is Kjetil and I'm from Norway, trying to learn the piano with the help of Andrew. And he's doing a great job I think.... hehe
I started about 2 weeks ago, but I don't actually own a keyboard or piano, right now I'm at work on an oil rig and I play a keyboard there, but I don't think I'll get much practice when I get home until i get my own keyboard.
I'm not really sure I should tell people this but I'm not really into classical music much, I mostly listen to Trance music, (can't wait to get Andrew's reaction on that one) but seeing as trance music is played on a synth which resembembles a piano, and alot of trance is related to classical music i thought i could try to learn the piano. Also I like some classical music such as Bach and Beethoven and so on, I'm more out to be able to play more pop music and trance, maybe produce some trance music.
And who knows, maybe one day I'll grow out of Trance and start liking classical instead, would be great to be able to play piano then
More on the "me" side of things I'm 22 years old from Bergen, Norway.
Thanks

Great that you like trance Andrew! Armin van Buuren is my favourite DJ, I was just at Armin Only in Utrecht i the Netherlands (and sensation white and black the last 3 years, and trance energy 2007) anyways, finally people that are'nt just like "oh trance is just some idiot sitting on a computer, ANYONE can do that... yada yada, ticks me off.... hehe.
I'll check out the "cheater-videos" as well but you can't beat Andrew ofcourse!
And that you for your warm welcomes, I'll try to stay active and get myself a cheap keyboard to begin with and see what happens on my birthday/christmas
