What I currently play on...
Ok, im currently playing on a Yamaha NP-30. Which cost a fair bitt (£199) but unfortunatly it only has 76 keys, missing 1 Octave in otherwords. It's no biggie, but I would love to have that extra octave! Oh, and I would like the Graded Hammer Touch aswell
What I'm planning on getting is a Yamaha YDP-131. It has 88 keys. Yay!
But when I leave the rancid country called Wales I will hopefully get a decent job for a decent house and a real piano
But, I can dream on till then

Yeah, graded hammer is great. But when you first are goning to get a Digital Piano, you should Aim for the 3graded
I got that, and is sounds amazingly alike a real piano. My 3graded are two notches abowe the most exensive 1graded Yamaha, at least that had been imported to Norway. Its not so much that differs considering its an instrument you gona have for several years! .)

Re: What I currently play on...
A Yamaha PSR-47, 61 keys, from 1989... I killed it
I was going to buy a M-Audio ProKeys 88....
But I found Roland RD-300GX, and I think it'll be a nice buy, more expensive, so I can go to the store right now,
but better buy something a little more expensive, than the most cheapest you can get.
( I got the PSR-47 for free, so no loss there ^_^ )

Re: What I currently play on...
Im playing on my own nerves...
I hoped to get a practice keyboard in Hungary from someone... or maybe buy a used cheap just so I can practice... but neither the used nor the new ones are cheap... they are so frrr. expensive...
twice or even more expensive than in the US...
I did not realized how lucky I was till now... and my poor new keyboard is locked in its box for 3 months, Im getting more and more frustrated... I did not realize Im that much addicted....but hope dies last... Im still looking ( two more month over here...)

Update!
I just poped to my local music store, just to look around the piano department and... OMG! I've never seen so many pianos in my life lol.
I was rather taken by the KAWAI K-8, but the price of £2999 put me off just a little.
The one of the staff, who was extreamly helpfull and even gave me advice on my "over pedaling", showed me a Roland digital piano. Cant remember the model but it was £1299, price cut from £1800.
It had controls to change the "virtual" grand piano lid was closed, half open or open. also to change the stiffness of the keys when your press them down etc.
My parents, are also take by the KAWAI K-8, and they are considering buying it, Since we are going on holiday to Kenya soon, which is going to be £3000. They will hold back
They said, that if the KAWAI K-8, remains extreamly expensive they will buy the Roland Digital Piano.
So now, I end with 3 words:
I cant wait!

Well congrats then! =) There wont be a to big difference between a 2000 and 3000 - piano. Not in a way that you will regret buying the cheaper one atleast!

Re: What I currently play on...
The owner was also showing me the older Roland compared to the newer roland... The newer roland sound dead and flat on the piano sound, the old one had a more vibrant and fuller sound
Yet, still, compared to the Kawai K-8 Acoustic piano. A lot of difference lol
