Line 6 MIDI Mobilizer for iPod
Hey all, as promised in the other thread, here my video about the Line 6 MIDI Mobilizer. Also a preview of the 2nd piece I'm working on, with on, horrendous error! Sorry for that toe bending note...
The MIDI file I emailed to myself:

Hey, never noticed this, so it allows you create a midi file of your playing without your PC, can you record it's actual sound too like an mp3? It seems pretty cool.
Also can you change the sound of the midi on your computer through a midi editor or something? And can it be used with other music and piano apps? Thanks

You can do everything you normally can do with a midi, but it remains Midi. You can edit it with other sounds, but with this you can play it on your piano.
I'm now exploring other possibilities. I found out that Log Me In works very well. That way you can remote control your own computer at home on your iPod. I found an app called Piano Sharp with which you can modify the midi (just found, don't know much yet). You can copy the midi from your computer to a certain ip address (if in the same wifi) and you have it on your iPod.
Play something and record the midi, mail it to yourself, remote control your computer, download the midi from email, open the Piano Sharp upload page, upload and edit.
I also found MIDI drum apps, and a whole music studio app (with MIDI support. I have an idea to try and record stuff also in combination with Nlog MIDI Synth....
As you can see, I only see the option, I'm exploring the possibilies and am trying to glue them together...
Me and my ideas...:s I hope I make sense, lol

Ha thats pretty cool, must check it out. Funny Music Studio I think just support for it today, it's a pretty cool app, you can always try the trial of it to see what you think of it.

To be able to do this all apps need to be compatible with the multitasking possibility. When you open een 'wifi server' and switch to the remote control app no connection will be available.
If that works though and I can work with the music studio I think it should be possible to create whole songs with just your iPod and a WiFi connection. I also downloaded the app 'FingerBeat' it's a sampler with which I had loads of fun
