Well, The main question it's That there are like 12 pianos, I can't picture which one sounds closer to a real piano,

There it;s,, GM GRAND PIANO , GM POWER GRAND, POWER GRAND, And CLASSIC PIANO

I don't reallyy get what the hell gm MEANs, but yeah.. Mind helping me here? I want to study intervals and stuff, but if im switching between those I can't really get a picture out of it.

There are money pianos, but the others sounds totally different of a piano, like AMB, and Midi GRAND piano

The main piano is Gm grand piano or rx grand piano.

The GM states for General midi (compatible) instrument, so in other words u can use this instrument while playing in synthesia, or while using external amp/computer connected by midi interface. U can also save the music u play with this instrument/sound into midi/gm format. U cannot do this with RX/other sounds. I mean u can but they will be flatter. For example

my rx grand piano also "plays" the hammer voice, string resonance, damper pedal voice etc, or my organ have "speaker turn simulation" like in real church organs. General Midi standard doesnt support extended voices like that^.

The pitch is all the same, so you can use the piano for learning which sounds good for you.

Or you can try to compare it to real pianos and choose the one you think is closest. See e.g. my piano playlist for some nice perfomances:
