Piano noob, song help

Ok so this song on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uns6tHo2Fc0&feature=channel_page) from an old video game I used to play basically inspired me to learn piano. I'm 20 years old and have played recorder in elementary school and played a year of trumpet in high school but I was sort of "too cool" to be a band kid. Anyway that phase of my life is over and I was wondering if anyone could give me a realistic time period in which to I would be able to learn and play the song mentioned above. I know thats an extremely subjective question, but i can still sorta read music, and I would consider myself above average as far as natural dexterity goes. Also when I'm passionate about something I'm willing to put in a lot of time. Any perspective on this rant would be greatly appreciated.

Hm... Im not really sure, there are some hard parts. If you are a Total Beginner in piano this might take a while. Im not the right person to answer cause I would say just go for it, and it would be good in notime
But if thats the truth, Im not sure.. Its as you say very individual!!!!
