Not that much, but they hurt, basically because I play the guitar 30-60min a day, then the keyboard whenever I feel to do it.
Havent really counted hours, but I think it's a few hours a day, and my problem.....
I said to myself, I'm not gonna play anything today, but what did I do? I just had to watch Rick Wakeman's video again,
and I just want to play it so much, that I have to finish Houki Boshi very soon, so I learn about 6-7 bars today.
Then I did some improvising, and played some other stuff. Ofcourse this was a stupid thing to do.
I need to rest for 2 weeks to get my hands ( not biceps/triceps ) fully recovered, as for my biceps/triceps I usually lift weights 2 a week,
but right now I do 1 a week so I'm not pushin my underarm to much cause I use that when I play piano. So tomorrow I'm gonna
take a 2 week break from any instrument I can find.
Cant have a wrist and a hand that's hurting
Right now I think 3 eggs each day will do the trick. Vitamins, antioxidant and protein, and ofcourse my old friend Tran ( Omega-3 ), Tran, a brand of Norwegian cod liver oil
just my opinion the guitar is a painful instrument to learn, i felt it and still feeling it, it takes along time to learn something, when i just started playing guitar i only practice 15 min a day now i made it longer since i've been playing for awhile, i generally practice one hour if im motivated i practice like 2 hours im doing the same thing with my piano training, i guess what im saying is start slow then make it longer once you get use to the material and take brakes

Re: My arms just hurt too much...
I practised the guitar very much when I first started, I was like almost bleeding, the skin was ripped of because of the strings, and because that my skin wasnt hard at that time,
then I found Andrews forum, and used alot of time infront of my keyboard, more than usual, but I usually go to my brothers room everyday, and just play a piece on the guitar,
I cant count the times, usually everytime I walk past his room, the guitar is like ready at once, they keyboard I have to set up, and plug the power etc....
But the last month I havent had time practising guitar, or I actually forgot it. The skin turn quickly soft again, so you'll actually need to play a couple of times each week to make it stay hard...
I found this "Greensleeves" song last week, that I've learned, simple old piece, a must for everyone who plays an instrument, it's just a such great piece:
Greensleeves:
And while playing Final Fantasy 8 ( I'm still trying to get time to finish it ), I saw this guy playing a guitar, in-game, that song is named Breeze, and it's so calm and just makes you feel good...
So the last week I've been playing alot more on the guitar... Shame on me, I'll get back to the keyboard now, so I can practice the rest of the FF1 OST ( original soundtrack )....
FF8 - Breeze:
Now, thomandy, money would give me happiness, because money could've given me an acoustic guitar...
Sadly I cant afford much, and money is the only thing that can make music, no money, no instrument ^_^
But then again, I'll practice on my crappy 61 keys keyboard and el-guitar, till I can spare some money for instruments.....

Hm... You might get Glad, exited, happy + if you got lots of money. Byt I think there is another thing to define happyness.
If you where alone, completly alone for the rest of your life? You and your guitar? No family, no girfriend/future girfriend. Would you consider yourselfe as happy? I dont know, you might be =)

You could always blood-print your hand in it and call it Paul?

Yes it was the film "Cast Away" but the name of the ball was Wilson and that's the difference..

It is, the island monologue is quite elaborated.
The ball was named after it's brand, hence my joke.
