Here's a video I put out of myself playing the ocarina. ^_^ As you can tell, I am a Zelda fan Smile Don't hate me! haha

I was wondering if anyone else plays Ocarina on the site? Anyone thinking about it?

Btw I got my ocarina from this site here incase any of you are wondering where I got it.

I've got a few new songs I'm working on for the Ocarina. Question I have for you guys is, would you like to see me post them?

I started learning the ocarina about 3 weeks ago. Thus far I can play half of the song, concerning hobbits from the lord of the rings movie. and a few songs from the legend of zelda series, thats about it thus far. would love to meet others who play as well.

I don't play... yet. I am going to get on ocarina soon though. They are pretty cool instruments. Hopefully I can get good at it.

I've tried it on iPhone:

And you are right, Andrew, it helps, if you can play piano already, because this was my first day I've played an ocarina (by "sight reading" the finger position diagrams from the link from http://www.smule.com/forum/6/topics/4290 ) and at least some melody is recognizable in my video Very Happy

As a loyal Zelda fan I too love the ocarina! I've contemplated learning it, but have not yet taken that leap. I love looking at all the different ocarina's available though.

My first cat I got when I was on my own I named Zelda. Me and my roomates (also Zelda fans) would go on quests for Zelda by roaming around the apartment looking for the cat while humming various Zelda tunes. Nerd power!
