Re: Healthist Food and Drinks
Cod liver oil and eggs are the healtiest I drink/eat, I drink/eat it every day. Second healitest I eat everyday? Lowfat red meat, gonna change it to chicken.
As fish and chicken equals in healthyness, and I dont like fish very much, I gotta stay chicken.

Why did you stop ( was it just the food, or the exercising too? ), Thomandy? I cant stop, I started about 4 years ago I think, and ever since I've just had the need, just one week of and I feel I have to do something, last summer I didnt do much jogging or biking, but I kept doing my weightlifting. But now I'm back in beezzneezz with my HIIT, I do believe i'm kinda addicted.
Since I'm not going pro body building, I dont see the benefit, but I've started lowering my red meat intake. My goal is 4 days with white meat, and 3 days with red meat. Together with the daily 2 eggs/bread and another bread meal. I do drink too much "chocolate milk" ( whatever it's named ), half the 1 liter I drink everyday. I never eat fast food, and I usually eat the same everyday, but atleast it's ok healthy, eggs and milk gives me vitamins and minerals, meat gives me protein. Alot of proteins, and little fat ( no fast food or transfat, higher % of good fat ). I could lower sugarintake and start eating fruit and vegs tho ( juice is the closest I get ) ^_^
Anyway, exercising, just running 20-30 minutes 3 times a week will make so much difference, when you're fit you feel so much better. Practice, practice, practice, like you do on a piano. When you first start practising a piece it's so slow, but suddenly it goes smooth...

Im not sure. Lost motivation in Nov 07. So its been over a year now. But Its not like I have stopped completely. I play football 4 times a week, and jog and walk. But I stopped the Weightlifting cause of lack of motivation. Im gonna start again though! But I need to loose some pounds first. Its easier that way for me. At the moment im on a "diet" so I still eat oatmeal, proteins, fruit, yogurt, chicken, tuna, cottage ect but Im not AS strict as I was then. Now I dont mind if I eat a little extra pasta, or if I eat every 4-5 hours instead of every 3hours. It was like that back then, if I went 4 hours without food, I got stressed... It became a little compulsion. hehe
Looks like you got things under control Red meat is good for bulking though. But I tried to Not eat that at all cause it wasnt good for keeping a strict diet and working out properly ect. Now I eat it maybe once or twice a week

It depends what kind of tea you are referring too... most of them are NOT healthy at all! Many of them should not be called tea either
In my opinion being on a DIET is a bad way to approach anything. Having a healthy lifestyle with valuable food and exercise that is the way to go...
I feel lucky because I found it important and spare the time to cook food from scratch so I would not eat all the junk companies put in their products around here.
I eat mostly protein and veggies, my weakest point is cheese ( they say there is a substance in it which makes you addicted to it)
I fixed all kind of veggies today like Brussels Sprout, zucchini and broccoli today with brown rice, I baked acorn squash and potatoes in the oven Anyone hungry?
