A Happy Parent
I just wanted to give you a more personal Thank You. What you are doing is a great service to so many. I have always wanted to play piano, but could never afford it growing up. I am now 30 with 3 children. My oldest is 9, getting ready to start guitar lessons. I talked to a woman about piano lessons and got off the phone feeling very unsure and a bit down about the idea. It would be very difficult to find time to fit her and my schedules and then, add on the once a week, $15 dollars for a half hour. I really was afraid i wouldn't be learning much very quickly. I dont think 30 minutes at a scheduled time would be good for my busy family. The driving to and from, making sure i had babysitters. It was a very disheartening phone call. Then i found you on here! Now i am more excited than ever. To be able to learn at any time of the day, rewatch, to make sure i have something right, not feeling incompetent, for being an adult beginner, is amazing. You are a very likeable person and from what i have watched so far, an excellent teacher. It is a very noble act to take your time to make these videos and give lessons for free. You get a standing O from Charleston WV
Truly, Terri
