Learning to Play Watermark
Hi guys! I'm new here and I'm so happy I bumped into this forum!!! YAY!
I'm currently polishing a Watermark version I copied by ear. Anyway, I'm not really satisfied with finger positions... Maybe you can help me. Here is a link of a vid I recorded, but when I look at my hands it just hurts!!! Any suggestions?

Re: Learning to Play Watermark
I thought that was beautiful, honestly! If you're not satisfied with your fingering, try reaching more to higher notes instead of stretching your fingers, learn how to reach and use the momentum of your hand to prevent tension.

Re: Learning to Play Watermark
Hey there!
WELCOME aboard!
You said you weren't satisfied with your fingering? Did you mean RH or LH? One thing I did notice you were doing was using your RH to play notes that are written for the LH. This causes your RH to be jumping back and forth.
One thing you could do to fix this problem is to tuck yoru hand over the thumb in your LH, it's actually possible to reach all the LH notes with the LH with some practise:)
I looked for a video that I thought was a good example of fingering so I wouldn't have to make a video (i know i'm lazy hey? but if a good example is already out there, why not use it?)
Here's the link to that videoWatermark link
Anyway ^_^ Notice how he uses his LH fingering, I'd carefully watch this over and over until you get a good idea of how he's doing this.
I left a comment on your video as well so go check it out!

Congratulation, it is really great you play by ear excellent.
Ive heard one little strange sound at 1:46 otherwise everything seems perfect.
I have 2 version of the sheet music if you would ever like to check it out Im glad to help you with that.
I only started 2 months ago but wooow I wish to play like you after 4 month playing ( if I understand well)
I bought a strange book with Japanese letters the only thing I could read on it was Burgmuller
It was sheet music and only 20 cents so I thought why not. You were the first piano player whom I discovered playing that composer. I liked it.
Good job! Keep posting I will love to see other pieces.
Re: Learning to Play Watermark
I'm glad you liked it I'll sure keep on posting! Big THANK YOU, Maggie
It's so generous of you to offer me the sheet music... Yes please! You have my email in my profile. And if you need anything just ask
Burgmüller is by now a friend of mine hehehe... not to mention my teacher's It's excellent for technique, and much more entertaining than Czerny, Beyer & co.
