Search on Sheet Music Archive. If you can't find it there then I'll see what I could do, but I'm pretty sure Maggie can get it for you.

Sorry if it would be Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart then maybe... but I havent heard about Wolfgang Fuch before / I am just listening the piece on Youtube it is pretty pleasant.

Which period was it composed in?


The only November related item I have is Guns 'n Roses November Rain lol!

Indeed, it's a beautiful and sentimental piece. I'm assuming that it was composed not too long ago, I can tell by it's structure and arrangement. I'm just taking a guess though, it might be by a contemporary classical composer.
