untitled really rough lyrics
I just threw this together like five mins ago, so its pretty rough. Advice is welcome! And I need a title.
I don't need your help,
though I may want it.
I won't stop and think
I'm just getting started.
I know I've already
failed a thousand times.
I seem to have proven to you
I'm incapable of flight.
But I always want what it seems I can't have,
and one of these days, I'll get it.
Spare the words of wisdom, stay off my back.
Don't ask me if I'm ready.
What are you doing
up on that high horse,
telling me where my
boundaries lie?
Outlining my future as a
matter of course. Better
brace yourself, we're
starting to slide.
Rain falls,
mud flies,
tires spin,
goodbye.
I'm gone,
so sorry.
Guess this is the
end of the story.
Dancing in the rain
is a bit tooo cliche
I'm more the type to
walk through the fire.
Look past the facade, you'll
find a liar.
So I stand alone in the pouring rain
and smile at the clouds.
Thanks but no thanks, I'm on my own now.
I've found my way out.

Re: untitled really rough lyrics
I like it, I think you should decide what part is the chorus before I could think of a title... how about just "Thanks but no thanks" ?
