Well, if the teacher is good then he or she will probably calm the situation Remeber that you got nothing to be afraid of, nothing is expectod of you so the nerves are only in your head, thats why I think they will vanish right away when you start your lesson Other than that, I dont really have any advice Good Luck!! =)

And don't freak out, just keep in mind that feeling nervous is very normal and it happens to almost everyone, so if you can't get rid of it, be cool and live happily with it

Yes I understand what you mean, I had my first lesson last week and I found it nerve wracking, but the teacher was nice and it all worked out in the end, so don't worry!!!......of course now I have to go back for my second lesson tomorrow to go through all the homework she assigned me.......... do you think she will believe my dog ate my piano?....

it depends how big is your dog hahaha, well im gonna look for some teachers today and see if i can find someone to help me as the basics go ive learned quite alot but still if i can have a teacher to be with me and correct my mystakes, why not?
