Thanks! if you could it'd be nice to leave a comment on the WNYC website about what you've found good about my lessons, since the people talking haven't seen my videos and don't really have a clue what I do.
All support would be AWESOMELY appreciated

K, well I listened to the radio show.....and I think a point they missed was it's not only that the lessons you give are really good. It's yourself. I'm one of those people that have been watching every video you put out. I have a live teacher as well. And I've got to say it's you...you have a way of inspiring people.

Re: I was a guest on WNYC radio this morning!
i enjoyed the interview.
i have to disagree with the tutorial point of view though. all your lessons improve my study of new songs but the tutorial gives me something to play with on and off during the day and i never would have guessed how the E's were played in Fur Elise.

If you learn the basic theory you can figure out how those E's are played without tutorials
And recordings are great to use. So learning theory Is infact a lot more efficiant in the long run, but tutorials can be a great way to understand the theory better when you walk the path to good knowledge
Theory is so that you wont have to guess. And when you are free from tutorial-learning, there is still important to use recordings of pieces to give you a picture of how its being played. I need recordings still to get a clear image of what Im going to play and how.. =)
