The time signeture of one crochet per bar
How does one interpret the "1-4" time signature? The piece doesn't have bar lines since it's mostly written in crochets and higher note values

Well i dont exactly understand what your asking but a 1-4 time signature means one 1/4 note per bar, and a piece without bar lines?, i really never saw one with no bar lines really, also im not very knowledgable of time signatures but if it has a higher note values for example a 1/2 note it would mean that you have to press it down two bars, using that logic but i may be mistaken

I havnt seen any 1/4 timesignature actually. I hardly think thats in great use
Hm.. Anyone??

Re: The time signeture of one crochet per bar
I was mostly wondering if the first(and only) beat is supposed to be accented or not? Slightly that is

I have never seen music written in 1/4, but if it is it should have bar lines, and the note of every measure should be accented but it might not have much of an effect because they would all be accented
