House broken into..

I was JUST about to go to bed, when i heard a loud blareing sound, at first I thought it was a car alarm, until i heard 3 police cars and a van pull up with their lights on, and the neighbor across the street sounding really upset.

I opened my window and heard her talking to the cops that someone broke into their house and she just took the kids and left, then my mom was in the bathroom (after she heard the alarm across the street) and she heard something in our backyard! .....

Then my brother booked it across the street to call a cop over, he got a cop to come over and check the backyard with him, but they didn't find anyone....

Then we checked our basement together, cleared it, but for some reason I'm still feeling uneasy....

so I just thought I'd tell my story since I can't sleep right now.

I'm going to try to go get some sleep now! it's almost 3 AM

Atleast you dont use guns in Canada, just imagine what would've happend if it was in USA,
the first you'll hear is the sound of a gun because the owner had to protect his house ^_^

When I was about six, my freinds house, just over the street from mine, was broken into. Considering that I was only six, I sat in bed totally brickin it for atleast the next two days or so. I didnt neever sleep over that peroid of time, but you know what I mean.
