Middle C help
I need help finding the middle C in my keyboard. It only has 5 C's but I don't see a C note in the middle so I'm confused.

Re: Middle C help
If tthere are 5 octaves, then middle C probably is the 3rd C that you find!! But I guess you should watch Andrews videos if you cant find Any C's in the middle?? Then you need to learn how a C looks like on the keyboard

Re: Middle C help
Yeah I know where the c's are but the third c like you said is more to the left of the piano than to the right(not in the middle by the way) so when I'm going to play it my right hand has to be in an awkward position.

Re: Middle C help
61 keys I see, you shouldnt be in an akward position, the middle C is a bit
to the left, music isnt always based on the middle C either...
If im not remembering wrong, I used the 2 octave and 4 octave most of
the time. So the middle octave was always in the middle of me...
I dont think the C is right in the middle, it should be a bit to the left
to the left, music isnt always based on the middle C either...

Actually dead center of an 88key piano is to the right of middle C ^_^ I believe it's the E right of middle C.
Re: Middle C help
Yeah, Middle C is not in the middle of the piano!!
Its just the middle C, its not called "the middle note"
So its a bit to the left of the center!! You wont feel akward after some practice I think. I never thought about it. You can just sit more to the left on your stool when playing pieces that are consentrated to the left, and vicaverca! Sometimes it is also a must to move a bit from side to side!! I havent needed to do that except for in my first Comp hehe
