Greating from Portugal
Andrew,
I just want to say thanks for you online lessons.
I’m 37 and started playing Piano 1 month ago with your help by seeing your videos.
I think it is never to late to start.
Thanks for your lessons.

You're welcome! I'm glad I was able to help! Yes! You're right, it IS never to late to start.
Re: Greating from Portugal
Humans today live longer, especially if they live healthy and dont get cancer or something bad happens to them ( you get my point )...
I will say you still got atleast 45 years left to practice... That's more than twice Andrews age
( if you hit 100 years you'll have 63 years left, three times Andrews age )

Re: Greating from Portugal
Welcome
Well one of the negative things to start late, as for my selfe also since I started at 23. Is that in the 20's your memory and koordinations starts to fade. It is said that all songs you learn before you get 20, sticks more or less for life. After, they vanish alot faster, and are harder to fuigure out again.
But, that does not mean that we will be bad pianoplayers, But hopefully the dream arent to become a conscertpanist, couse I think thats very unlikely. But with passion for the piano you can reach very fare still

The Piano is only a hobby. I like music and now I have some time to practice.
For me, playing Piano is like doing Meditation.
It helps do have a more peaceful mind.
I don´t want to became a piano specialist, for that I have my computers and some years of study. I just want to meditate a little with my Piano and it´s lovely sound.
I will practice and practice like I do in my professional life.

Music is a weird thing, and we need it, what would a life without music be?
Piano is a real stress remover, I see you have a nice camera there too
