Heya everyone ^_^
Heyas!
I have seen all the videos and have been roaming the forums for a little while now, never did any post because i was waiting for my digital piano to arrive (ordered it almost 2 months ago and only got here today).
But now that i have it i can practice
Alot of helpful info on the forum, and a very good community, its always a pleasure to come here to check on everyone acomplishments. I will actually get some lessons from a friend before getting a real professor (so that the poor man doesnt have to teach me the really basic stuff and try to kill himself), altough i manage to read sheets now (mostly thanks to Andrew ), but pretty slowly .
Anyway, just wanted to say hi, got my Dpiano, will practice and will be around as much as usual (but hopefully with more participation xD).
Cya around.

Re: Heya everyone ^_^
Welcome, Rykaerdoe. Wow, two months... I was cursing Spanish mail because I'm yet to receive an order placed ten days ago, but I see it's something we have to live with in the Mediterranean way of life LOL
A month ago they were blaming it on the oil crisis... Excuses excuses hehe
Have a lot of fun with your new friend!

Re: Heya everyone ^_^
Thanks again ^_^
edit: Btw and trying to restore the honor of the Mediterranean way of Life as so eloquently put , i ordered the dpiano from the UK (the one i wanted was not on sale in Portugal (ok, this might be a tiny blow for the med way of life ahah) ), its a new model so there was delay etc, but its here and i am happy \o/

Re: Heya everyone ^_^
Interesting... my order is also (still) coming from the UK... maybe the problem is elsewhere
To come back from dangerously culturally-sensitive offtopics ... Which model is it?

Re: Heya everyone ^_^
Ahah ^_^, its a yamaha dgx-630. Its pretty much the same as the dgx-620 but with more polyphony. I ended up choosing that one for the Yamaha Educational Suite, its quite nice

Ah Whats the price for those?
Re: Heya everyone ^_^
i paid 487£ + ports, total in euro + ports was 680€ more or less. (in portugal they dont sell the dgx-630 yet, and you can buy the dgx-620 for 750€, as you can see, its better to buy outside )
