Need help n some music sheet questions

Hmmmm im new at this dont laught lol!
Every bar is seperated but a vertical line cuting the treble n the bass right i came corss at the end of a bar and the line is alot thicker that cuts the treble n the bass same as others then a nomal thin line after that what does that thick line means?
and also wat does the two dots like this : mean after or befor the thick line

I do belive you mean these black lines???

Do you see the one at the start and the one at the end right?
This means that when you have played everything in between these Two black dobblelines, that you should repet one more time.
Play trough once, then play it one more time. When you have done that you can qontinue the piece.

Btw: You REALLY need to learn how to use . and , and ? ++ It was almost impossble to read and understand what you where writing
