"Supremacy" transcription

I've tried to transcribe a nice piece from Jeroen Tel, from a computer game:
I found an Amiga MOD file and with the help of http://schismtracker.org it was not too difficult to transcribe, but I'm not sure if all notes are right and if E-flat major is the right scale. This is the transcription:

and the source file, in MuseScore Format (they've released a version 1.0, much more stable than the previous version, looks like it didn't crash any more) :

Do you think the upbeat is right or do you have any other ideas how to improve the sheet?
