Will music theory help with sight singing, as I am learning to sing opera.

Yes It probably would help, although practicing to sing different intervals at the piano would probably help even more. Smile

Smile I forgot before to mention that Solfege can actually help sight singing as well Smile

Thanks again Andrew. Its fantastic to find people who are actually willing to help. Will try and update you if I have any success, although I have already sung for the Welsh National Opera, and the Newport Operatic Society. Still need continuous improvement though.
