I'm trying to learn to play do I'm gaining lots of theory knowledge via lypur's channel but what do I play, scales, beginners songs?? I'm not sure some help would be great otherwise I'll wing it, luv lypur's teaching style lol. I'm 47 but still hopeful that I can learn to play my favourite piece fur elise I have jumped to lesson #29 just so I can start learning I'm not too bad will keep practising the first part.

Hey Tracegnet.
Maybe you should get some beginner book(s), there are lots in english.
I think learning to play the piano takes a lot of practice, it's ok to jump into your favorite piece just remember, it might be too hard, and it can take months or a year or two, to be able to learn to play it properly, even if you persist a lot.
I'm not expecting too much of myself (going on since a half year) as time is an issue of course and I don't always feel like practicing after work, but I'm sure we can get there with time. Hopefully we got decades to learn and should just enjoy the journey, hmm?
Imo, just set realistic goals and then you won't be disappointed and will go on and on
