But still there are mane others. You could do a good toturial on your favorites. Both strenghtning ones, and tecknical ones?? It doesnt need to take so much time pr hanonex. couse it is easy to rewind. So just go trough them once, while you talk and explane, and it will be a easy and good lesson I defenetly need that lesson, couse I only know 1 and 2. I would like to know at least 10 of the best ones to get started and manage to variate.
