learning to read the music

hey everybody.. i have reached the lesson on minors, but still have problems reading the notes in the scales, i have memorized the face, all cows eat grass stuff and it has been very usefull, but i still need speed in finding the letter without thinking the whole thing throw, andrew suggests some flash things i have never heard of.. do you knwo if there are any on the web?

There are alot of flash cards there, you would want the staff --> keyboard one I think
