5 stretches to keep your hands pain free
I found this video on how to stretch your hands to reduce muscle and tendon stiffness. It's not necessarily piano specific, but I think it's relative.

where's the link to the "stretch" video? I am 40 and my fingers have started to ache and I can't practice for more than 2 hrs at a go!
