Titel for my song???
I have written a song. It symolises a dream, or dreaming in general... (Plesent dream, not nightmare)
But I would like to involve this forum, participating, in the creation by sugesting a titel.
Dream is the keyword here. And not to long 1- 4 words
I will choose very soon, since Im thinking of recording it tomorrow =)
Have fun - hopefully
Edit: There is now a poll where the final two titles are listed =) Vote

Well it would be helpful just to see a preview, intro of it... That helps naming for sure.

Re: Titel for my song???
yea, it'd be nice to hear it...but dazzling because dazzling is like amazing and would put you in a happy mood. Daze is like a dream or a trance state . So it's like a happy or amazing dream/vision makes sense? I hope so!

Think Im with you on that Couse it can be called Nocturnal i guess, without belonging to the category Nocturn*
Couse I really dont know if it fits, but.. Im voting that as well
Edit.
Well, then it is decided;)
Final Title: Nocturnal Dream
Re: Titel for my song???
It'd be easier for me to imply a name if I heard the piece, other than that "Nocturnal Dream" sounds really nice.

Re: Titel for my song???
I dont know if you have the ability to split your digital piano in 2, so you can have 2 different voices....
And a beat behind, I actually found that playing together with a drumbeat usually makes it easier to play in right rythm.
Robert Miles's Children was based pretty much on piano + some strings in the back, worked very well.

I can split it =) But far as I know there isnt a rhythmset on my piano. But I can play along with the 50 buildt in peaces, or a metronome. Havnt checked out all the metronomefunctions yet, maby there is some drumthings there
But, after a little practice I actually like the metronome now, but I also used beats to practice tempo on with my old keyboard. Like in my one vid. Tempo is 120, but as people say, I mush a bit when the 16notes are played =)
Yup, there are som nice songs that are great with strings =)

Re: Titel for my song???
Hehe, would have been, but my hands where so tired because I worked in the garden, it didnt want to play so nicely that I wanted them to
Re: Titel for my song???
Good for you, at least you get a little sunshine here and there... not only stuck in your room with your piano Too bad you have a big digital piano, that is not easy to movethomandy wrote:Hehe, would have been, but my hands where so tired because I worked in the garden, it didnt want to play so nicely that I wanted them to
By the way I read your problem on the other post... Im sorry about that, I can imagine the frustration you go through because of that... especially that you paid a bunch of money for that.
I hope your problem is or will be resolved soon so you can relax and enjoy playing.
