Serius about Stamina!!!
I got pretty tired after playing hours daily. Maybe most beginners have the same problem like me (I'm not so sure about this) and i really hate that. My shoulders are tires a lot and sometimes my arms are moving on it's own . Can anyone help me out with that! Or else I'm gonna off the piano for a few days even though i want to learn a lot of new songs and next week i'll have to study a lot

Then don't play hours daily. I don't know how long others of your age plays per day, but maybe one hour per day is a good idea? I'm playing half an hour a day. Or play half an hour, then relax 10 minutes. Stand up, go around, drink a tea. Then play again, but only as long as it doesn't hurt and you are not tired. Otherwise stop playing and play again the next day.

I usually play around 1 hour and lie down then sleep or if i can't sleep i'll continued playing

Re: Serius about Stamina!!!
That's strange sleeping after one hour playing. Maybe you are not relaxed enough while playing? Using the right position of your back, arms and hands are important and the right height of your chair and distance to the piano. Try to play as relaxed as possible. See Andrew's videos for more details, or the best would be if a piano teacher could see how you play and can correct you.

I watched that video but it's not helped very much (because i'm already be in the right position). Maybe because I don't know how to relax. (i think that sleep is a good way to relax)
