Re: My Vedio !!
Hi there
I moved the topic here, cause this is the correct forum to have performances
Id have to say that you play it Very well You got a great solid tempo, you got flow between the notes! So this was almost as great as you can get it on a keyboard Good Job!!

Re: My Vedio !!
w00p! When my Yamaha p85 arrives I'm gonna play Fur Elise too! I've watched Andrews Video on it and it is really helpful, I see you done the fingering how he suggested in the video You did it great! Are you gonna try and do the whole Fur Elise eventually, even with the more difficult middle bit? =) It seems like a logical next step for me :3

Its a great difference on the hard parts and the theme, so it might not be the logical next step.
It all depends on the talent! The theme is a easy grad 3 level/9. And the hard parts are from easy to hard grad 5/9. Id say that the first hard part might also be a grade 6/9. But one dont find out if one dont try
Re: My Vedio !!
One must try! One must never be scared! One most only not be disappointed if they can't quite manage it and be happy with the progress that they've made! It is conquerable and it will be conquered if you practice, put your mind to it and keep a steady path with your eyes firmly on the target! ... I think I made my point :3

Re: My Vedio !!
Nice playing! I'm gonna post mine 2 hehehe
learning a song s hard, sure you can read the notes and play it but are you really feeling the song? My advice is learn the songs you really want first, don't learn just anything. At least that's what i do

Re: My Vedio !!
great job! I agree with thomas! Your tempo was solid, and for a keyboard you did pretty much a perfect job! impressive!
The only tip I could give is to try to keep your wrist more or less level with the floor. Right now it's bending down slightly, and some fingers aren't curved. That isn't so importaint though because you look really relaxed when you play which is VERY VERY GOOD! So don't try to correct your posture and then end up making yourself all stiff. Only correct it if you can keep playing relaxed
It was wonderful to hear you play! I hope to hear you play more in the future! thanks for shareing with us

I want to ask! u said (and for a keyboard you did pretty much a perfect job)
u mean the keyboard is hard to play on or the opposite or what ??!
I want to know..cos I dont understand the real difference between the keyboard and the piano..
