Thomandy here!
Well, I have already written some in different topics, but a little presentation here wont hurt:
Thomas
23 - Student
Writing my bachelor as "we speak" - Topic: Resilience
Soon finished with my bachelor in Sosial ChildCare
Played Piano for 3 1/2 months (keyboard actually)
But two days from now I get me Digital Piano - Yamaha CLP 240 UPDATE: Now I got my Dig Piano
Just now starting to do scales, and fingerexercises
Andrews videos has been a BIG step in the right direction
And I have (in my mind) made him my favaorite youtubemember
He deserves it.
Songs Im practicing:
Fur Elise
Victors Pianosolo
Canon (easy verson)
The Entertainer (easy verson)
Theme Forrest Gump - Actually distressing, my fingers dont really want me to play this I think hehe But its comming along
Raiders March
King Hyrule Farwell = ZeldaTune - Got one very hard part in it
++ some other small fun
Thats me. Looking forward to be a part of this new adventure.
Just recently that I have discovered the Real buty in pianoplaying.
Even thoug I always liked to hear it before also
Mvh Thomas
Little Edit:
Now just started to learn: Chopin - Nocturne Op 9 No 2 *Using looong time, figuring out the sheets. The man liked to use many different chords and intervals *

Re: Thomandy here!
i didnt' know your name was thomas! Well now your name makes sense ^_^
Wow you're taking on a lot of songs all at once! If i were you I wouldn't learn more than 4 songs at any given time any more than that and it can get alittle overwhelming! Also another reason is, you want to play the songs you DO learn very well, and usually when you try to learn alot of songs the quality of each song you play, starts to suffer. Although I'm not there listening to you play so i could be wrong!
ANyway! it was awesome reading all about you!!! ^_^

Re: Thomandy here!
Tnx for reply
Guess i will cler up the missunderstanding.
Couse I only learn maby 2 songs at a time up til this point. Because of what you are saying right there.
I have allready learned all those songs. The only New songs I am learning now is: Theme from Forrest Gump, and just started the Nocturne by Chopin(9,2)
And in between learning and strugling with these two songs, i just play and practice and enjoy what I allready know, cinda..
And I will upload two short songs today. It says in the book that they are grade 3, but I dont know. They where cinda of easy, and fur elise got som hard solos, who also are grade 3 so i dont know.. But, the point there was, that then you can hear me play the Piano, on my second day of practice on one
*Seems I dont manage to keep posts short*

Tnx I got some extra time now when Im writing my bachelor.

Re: Thomandy here!
Hey Thomas, how is the Chopin going? That's a hard one because the left hand chords change slightly on almost EVERY beat, and there are lots of accidentals and stuff. Also some rhythmic challenges with 5 notes in the right hand against 1 in the left, etc. But it's an exquisite piece of music :-)
