Why are two octave scales so tricky?
My piano teacher has taught me to play on the C, G, and F key already so I learned to play a one octave two handed scale with proper fingering. So I thought I'd try two octaves. Whats wierd is that when I play 2 ocatves one hand at a time it's easy but if I play two octaves with two hands I mess up somewhere. I have sheets with all the scales with proper fingering so I know Their right but I mess up somewhere.

I guess you are begginer, so your brain will take some time to develop hand independency. Just go slow and with time you will go faster

Well not exactly, I think I have alot of independence of my hands but when I play a two octave scale in two hands my hands get twisted in the keys (kind-a hard to explain...)

Two Octave Scales?
I'm wondering when you say two octave scales do you mean for example C MAJ: RH C4-C5 LH chords or both hands going C to C because I'm a lil confused on that.
