AMAZING. My jaw hasn't dropped to the floor this low in a long time
JUST. WOW. This guy is playing ultra modern music, and it's NOT easy. He is so impressive to me. I haven't been so impressed so quickly by anyone's playing before. Within the first 2 seconds of seeing his hands I could tell he knew what he was doing, I think this guy is just incredible. You can see the passion in his playing along with absolutely stunning technique.

I'm hugely impressed by his speed and precision, but I would never listen to such music since I feel it attacks the sound and it gets pretty annoying after 5 minutes ^_^
Sounds kinda like exprimental industrial music on a piano.

that was impressive! :O but I found it a bit weird. Like a mix of Blues with plenty other styles.

Well.. Yeah, nothing to say about the impressiveness!
But I dont like the "music" - For me this isnt music though, its more like
effects. Like you could see in a movie, where a person is just going completely insane or something and the camera and the actor just are all over the place in an intense scene

Might be impressive playing but I could only listen to it for two minutes. Much rather hear my wife play fur elise and she is only into her first few days of learning the piece.

My kids must be piano prodigies because this is what they sound like when they bang on my keyboard.

HAHA
Great one!!!
Yeah, personally I cant find anything in this music at all
Really hope this isnt the trend. Based on the numbers on youtube I dont think so either.
If a Video is good, the favorites usually are at 1% of the views. If its a Grand hit 2%+ and mediocre about 0,5%-
But this is actually favorited LESS that 1/1000 = 0,009% (Fav=9 out of 10 000), now thats a clear indication that most people dont find this an ear-pleaser
But for those who like it, good for them that something like this arrives
Re: AMAZING. My jaw hasn't dropped to the floor this low in a long time
this is a strange style... its like jazz.. but it has these aggressive incoherent parts... and then goes back to being mellow

Same here. Even though the technique is really impressive, the sound, well, is not my "style".

If a random number generator composed music it would probably have more melody.

It is not random and there are some melody parts in this piece. But I think "understanding" this kind of music is very difficult, if possible at all. Would be something like understanding colors: A blind person can understand that blue is light of wavelength 640 nm, but he/she can't feel how it is to see blue light. The same with this kind of music: You can hear the notes, but unlike for more usual pieces, you don't really understand it. Maybe no one can understand it, at least I don't and I don't like such kind of music, but of course, he plays really good.
