I was hunting around for some simple sheet music for absolute beginners (me!) and found this site. They have basics like Mary Had a Little Lamb then progress to more complicated songs. It's a good way to learn and practice sheet music I think.

If you guys know a song by name or an artist you like, you can look them up on http://www.pianofiles.com/

That's a huge database with like, every song ever written. All free. You need to make an account, then you just email the person with the song and pretty much 99% of the time they're happy to share without you sharing something in return.

Otherwise, if you have an obsession with Koji Kondo's Legend of Zelda music like I do, here are some great free PDFs http://www.herbalcell.com/free-sheet-music

They range from pretty much Level 1 to intermediate.

Twilight song? Oh, that's new.

From Twilight Princess I recommend:

Faron Woods
Midna's Lament
Kakariko Village has a great melody. (Better for guitars.)

If you're interested in melodies, though, Ocarina of Time has some of the best melodies I have ever heard.

Just a note, stay away from labelled notes on that site if you were inclined to use those. It makes you dependant. I learned that the hard way.

I'm learning Farewell Hyrule King from Wind Waker atm. It's all done apart from the left hand in the final phase. I suck at arppegios. Almost there, though.

You have great rhythm, by the way. If you don't mind me saying, though, I think that rolling chord (forgot technical name Razz) was slightly overdone. At times the bass, iirc, should be FF too.

Tnx Smile But the Rolled Chords arnt overdone Smile Its how the piece is!There are No FF or F for that matter in this piece! The Rolled Chords are P and so are the Bass.
The Bass is just a "addon" on this piece. Its only supposed to accompany the melody!! Thats also why the bass is so high on the piano and fex not octaved bass. Its a Harp-Song, and I wouldnt have played that in any other way Smile

Ha, you're right. It's been a while since I played TP. Still though I prefer the full chords. That song is kinda spooky to me. Alright alright I'll stop here lest we hi-jack the OP's thread any longer. Razz

Full chords? Razz There isnt full chords in the Lefthand Razz
You can see the sheets in my tutorial-video if you want! Smile
Remember, this is Sage Larutos Theme.. You might mix it with: Legendary Hero which is a much more complex theme but based on the same melody!

Ahhhh!!! That's the one. No wonder it doesn't so stange. Alright I'll check it out. I really want to learn them both.

Learning Zelda Theme is like my dream. The one that's really fast. I think it's level 9ish though.

I really want to learn the Zelda Theme as well Smile
Its quite hard, and you might be right. Its way up there. Maybe easier than maple leaf rag cause the left hand is Very Simple Smile
But harder than Turkish March so its up there Smile

You dont know those pieces??

Scott Joplins Maple Leaf Rag:

and Mozarts Turkish march:

Farewell Hyrule King is Probably a Grade 6-7ish cause of the fast arpeggios in the end.
