sheet reading help plz !

well maybe it sounds stupid but i need help with reading the sheets !

its very easy but im still to slow that sucks me *bähh ^_^*

as informaton im 14 so boys in my age maybe can u help me and i hope that english istn to bad

because im german ! but i like andrews style how to teach and stuff so plz some hints in reading sheets ! ty

Well, maybe this will help?

When I began piano the only instruction I had was basically where middle C was, whole, half, and quarter note values in 4/4 timing, and the names of the lines and the spaces on sheet music. That was all of the instruction my family could afford. Obviously with only those skills, sight-reading anything was incredibly slow. Something that helped me was playing pieces that I already knew how they were supposed to sound. That way I could tell if I wasn't reading the music correctly pretty quickly. The other thing that helped was choosing to play music that I liked. It will still be slow in the beginning, but at least if you choose a song that you like, once you get it down, you will always be able to play it. That's a great gift to give yourself.

I also really recommend watching Andrew's videos because the music theory he includes will help you read and understand the sheet music so much better than the hunt and peck method (one note, one finger at a time). So much of music is patterns. If you are familiar with those patterns you can look at a piece of music, recognize a chord or see patterns in the intervals and notice where parts of a measure repeat. Sight reading with those skills is so much faster.

No They are the same as far as I know

the key is..practise and played slowly
1st is C hand position 1st its easy
when you comfort when you see the note...automaticly your hand press the key
i gave you some illustration....
when someone wanna punch your face you will automaticly evade it
so when you pratice it you will got that reflex

its hard to say how to explained? what method? only yourself can improved it
believe me practise slowly patient its the key
maybe it not faster maybe 1-2 year
i do it 1 year ^^
